Linct Group completed the sealing of Main Drain Road which covers 4945 lineal meters.
A desalination line covers an area of 860 lineal meters. Linct Group were able to accommodate the permit application and approval process into their construction program. Work methods were modified to ensure the protection of the asset, such as through the use of a pneumatic roller to minimise vibration.
Several environmental challenges were present including the construction of Bandicoot crossings to facilitate the movement of the Southern Brown Bandicoot which resides in the area.
Drainage works were completed by Linct Group, ensuring no waste was deposited into the nearby Melbourne Water drain. Silt fencing was installed on each outlet to ensure this.
